A survey of methods and expertise was conducted among members of the EuromicropH Action to capture the expertise in our COST network on the topic of “Understanding and using the effects of low pH on microorganisms”. The resulting dataset (with approximately 80 respondents) was curated and consolidated to create an interactive graphical representation of expertise and topics of interest among COST Action members (https://euromicroph.eu/network/ ). This data will facilitate the identification of relevant technological gaps within the network and also in the field in general.
