Our COST Action can now fund two new types of Grants to build capacity and spread the uptake of virtual collaboration, in the form of a pilot scheme running until 31 October 2021, which will be extended to subsequent years if successful. There are two types of Grants: Virtual Mobility (VM) Grants and Virtual Networking Support (VNS) Grants.

These grants are for activities that strengthen existing networks by allowing scientists to foster collaboration in a virtual setting, to exchange knowledge, learn new techniques, disseminate the Action results, etc. (Funding available: up to six grants of €1500 each; no closing date but activities and reports must be completed by October 15th 2021).
These grants are to promote virtual collaboration as a complement to traditional ways of collaboration within the research and innovation communities. The successful recipient will become Virtual Network Support Manager of the Action. (Funding available: one grant of €4000; closing date by which applications must be received – 16th July).
